Career plan and group coaching in the 6th module of JUMIGG

On the 19th-20th November 2011, JUMIGG participants will take part to the 6th of training from JUMIGG program. This module will be a evaluation of the previous activities and will also focus on participants career&development plan and personal motivation.

The module entitled “Raising awareness & involvement” was structured as follows:
1) SWOT Analysis: individual SWOT (for each participant) and group SWOT of the previous activities.

2) Identifying learning and personal development needs inside the group: were identified new topics of training/research/study that will be done by the participants together with the trainers in the next months, especially in the practice period. Among the new topics are the following:
- Project management
- Time management
- Public speaking
- Manipulation/ persuasion
Also, the participants came with new ideas for activities that will be implemented in the practice period:
- workshops on violence in schools affected by this phenomenon (eg: Sector 5 in Bucharest) 
- study on the attraction between the sexes (biological, psychological, sociological notions) 
- female aggression on men 
- information campaigns, especially in rural areas 

3) Coaching: what does coaching means/what is the profile of the ideal coach; the difference between coaching and: training, mentoring, NLP, consultancy/advising; individual and group coaching.

4) Individual career plan: what is a career plan, how to write, develop, monitor and update a career plan.
